Martín Herrera

With a solid track record developing and growing businesses around the globe, Martin has deep knowledge and experience in strategic and business planning, sales, and marketing, working with companies ranging from start-ups to large multinationals, including Microsoft, KPMG, Pfizer, MercadoLibre, BBVA, Infocorp, Lagash, TIM, San Miguel and Conatel to name a few.

Martin graduated in Business Management from ORT Uruguay and holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, California. He has completed executive studies on Leading Organizational Change and Competitive Strategy at Columbia Business School and Kellogg School of Management.
He is a certified facilitator, coach, and teacher.
He lives in Uruguay with his wife and son, who provide him endless examples of how the work of being a better leader begins by working on yourself.

Albert Durig
Is a seasoned professional having served in senior executive positions including chairman and president for multi-national organizations. He is recognized by his keen ability to develop new insights that drive game-changing results in strategy and execution.
Over the past 33 years Albert has developed expertise in strategic planning, executive leadership development and organizational culture. He has facilitated hundreds of leadership teams and even more meetings around the globe, helping companies develop their strategic visions while maximizing their short-term execution.

Albert received his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and his Master of Arts degree in sociology with an emphasis in statistics and research methodology from the University of Louisville. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Today, Albert lives with his wife and two children in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
